Write-Ins are a style of friendly, low-pressure event popularized by National Novel Writing Month. They're part social event, to hang out and get to know your fellow writers, and part self-directed writing time. A major component of the RTW write-ins is the suggestion that attendees share a snippet of the work they just produced during that write-in, usually by reading a sentence or two aloud.
